I have always wanted a Corvette. Started looking for one in February of 1997. I wasn't real particular, but I knew I wanted a C-3, 4 speed. I was hoping to find a 80 - 82, but was willing to settle. I heard about this car being on the local Chevrolet dealer's lot. When I saw it was a four speed, and silver ( the same color as my Fathers 1974 that he had) I was sold. I looked at it on a Monday and told them to hold it for me.

Since I bought my Vette I have put 6,000 miles on it, and I have loved every single one. There have been a few minor mechanical problems along the way, but the pure enjoyment of owning a Corvette overpowers the occasional problem. I learned that there is something else that goes along with owning and driving a Vette..... The people. I have never met a more helpful and friendly crown in my life. That makes it that much better!
